Student Self-Service Enrollment Verification

Southeastern Technical College uses the National Student Clearinghouse to verify enrollment. Students may log into the Student Services and Financial Aid menu in their Banner Web account to print an enrollment verification certificate free of charge to send to health insurers, housing providers, or other organizations requiring proof of their enrollment. This service is not available until the 4th week of the term. If you need an enrollment verification prior to that time, you will need to see someone in the Registrar’s Office. Please note that the Registrar’s Office cannot issue an enrollment verification until classes have met for one week and instructors have verified attendance.
